Dr. Pradip Gyanwali

Dr. Pradip Gyanwali is a well-known name in the field of Nepali Health Research. Dr. Gyawali had devoted his research contribution on the Herbal Medicinal Plants. Dr. Gyawali holds MBBS degree from Institute of Medicine (IOM), Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal and MD in Clinical Pharmacology Institute of Medicine (IOM), Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal. He is committed for the registry of Nepal:  Nepalese Medicinal Plants Registry (NMPR) and Medicinal Cannabis Research in Nepal. Dr. Gyawali had devoted his research contribution on the Herbal Medicinal Plants. On behalf of NHRC, extensive research on Ayurveda and Herbal Medicine research in Nepal has been conducted. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of health research.  He has made significant contributions to the understanding and advancement of health in Nepal. He has authored more than 100 research papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Gyanwali has received numerous awards and recognition for his work in the field of health research. He has been awarded the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology Award, and the Nepal Academy of Medical Sciences Award. Contribution, he was awarded by Government of Nepal on Health Emergency Preparement on COVID-19.
